haven't blogged in some time, so here i am to release some pent-up rambliness (: i have a great suggestion to make! let's adopt the cactus i planted next to our class bench as our Class Cactus(c) ok! in case you wish to know more about his humble origins, he was originally one of the 21 cacti i bought for VDay, but he never did get to fulfil his original destiny [ie. get
mauled lovingly nurtured by his new owner] cos he got
TERRORIZED by SHIMIN THE CACTUS-KILLER(c). *VIOLENT* + *SADISTIC* shaking left him wobbling in the limited soil left in his 'lil pot, so i couldn't possibly give him away anymore since he somewhat resembled a green tumour and looked like his stem was rotting :( [incidentally,
DRAMAFEST APOLLO'S PLAY IN DRAMAFEST WAS AWESOME!!!!!!!!!! :D:D:D related tumour-joke from it --> in the situation where you happen to be highly frustrated with your siamese twin conjoined at the armpit, insult him/her with
"YOU'RE BUT AN ARMPIT TUMOUR!!!!"]
anyway. i finally decided to put him out of his misery [ie. continual trauma from SHIMIN THE CACTUS-KILLER(c)] by planting him next to the malnourished tree beside our class bench (: reasoning being that he'll be near enough for me/us to help him fend off potential CACTUS-STEPPERS/KICKERS, and that the tree next to him's too much of a loser to steal excessive nutrients from him.. yay ^ ^
BUT! i suddenly realized the other day that this may be against school rules or something.. cos it's like disrupting the natural school environment aka springing a soon-to-be monster cactus on unsuspecting flora & fauna o.O like really! i had this small potted cactus when i was younger, with a cool red head and all.. i was all excited cos i transferred it to this bigger pot, hoping it'd grow better.. and it was cute ok! ..till the red head shrivelled up, died & dropped off, and the green stem went
INSANE. it underwent binary fission or some other freaky mutant transformation and began growing
everywhere like a jungle, till i had no choice but to use a chopper and hack it to pieces o______________O so obviously it's dead now and i'm like RIP, amen.
and that guy was still in a
pot, so imagine this one with
unlimited space to grow in.. *shudders*
well, you get the point and why i'm so worried.. but really DO take a look at him cos he's really so small & cute [erm. sound familiar?], he makes me want to hold an umbrella over him when it rains :( [i got so freaked out when it started raining the other day and i noticed he was *BROWN* on one side.. omg. kianwei said it was cos he was camouflaging himself with the soil to avoid getting eaten by predators. why am i not convinced?? :'(] oh and by the way, one of the ulterior motives behind making him our Class Cactus is so that if any teacher comes hunting down the person who planted him --> IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ME. IT'S REALLY PERFECTLY NORMAL FOR A CACTUS SEED TO COME FLOATING FROM THE SAHARA DESERT TO OUR WONDERFUL HWACHONG CAMPUS. YEA. OK.
and we need to name him too.. any suggestions? (: erm. if got, can suggest in posts? cos i still can't see the tagboard.. sad case .-.
