Haha! Finally got the password for the class blog from kai-qian. Thanks! :)
How's everyone? I guess all of you are fervently preparing for the upcoming block tests. I went through grueling block tests in my two years as a Hwa Chongian. Not to forget the promotional and preliminary examinations too! So I can fully understand your anxieties and frustrations because I have journeyed through this before and emerged a stronger person at the end!
Personally I feel that tests and examinations serve not only to test how much and how well we have learnt whatever is required of us in the syllabus. As we all know, life is beyond textbooks, tutorials and lecture notes. Preparing for tests and exams is a lesson in endurance in itself! So as you revise your work, you are building up stamina to face even greater and more demanding challenges in future. This is why I say preparing for tests and exams grooms us into more resilient people.
Feel free to sms me if you guys meet with any problems during revision. I'm not sure if I am ABLE to help you resolve your worries and frustrations, but you can be sure that I am WILLING to lend you a listening ear if you need to confide in someone. (Haha... does this remind you all about ability and willingness to pay in order for demand to be effective? lol...) Of course, I will always be there to address whatever Econs related questions you have to the best of my ability.

I suggest we watch a movie after the mugging session which would actually serve to lower our IQs instead of increasing our intellect as suggested by a misguided mugger.
We could watch Batman Begins or Downfall which said misguided mugger has suggested. I dunno. Maybe it reminds him of studies, History perhaps.

71,There is a class cram session at the school library this friday at 9.00 a.m... Please meet at the class bench if you wish to increase your intellect by several points (highly doubt it though). SMS (short epistle service) me (kai qian) or post on the electronic class tag board if you wish to grace this occassion. We will be going to polish and perfect our knowlede of biology and chemistry and study till early black (evening).

> racial harmony day
hi 71! council hasn't notified the school about racial harmony day yet but i'll tell ya first so it wouldn't be too rushed for the class! on 19th and 20th july, there'd be racial harmony celebrations, and it'll end off with a food fair n the 20th (wed i think) right after school. hope our class will be able to take part in this n earn money for the class fund! haha.. all proceeds will go to the class fund directly. hmmm.. hope we'd be able to improve from our cny food stall the other time :) this will be our first project as a class i believe? let's do a gd job n stand out from the crowd with our food stall!! heh. class com, u may wanna lead us in making the stall attractive n everything. cya guys later! :)

4 days to the chalet! is anyone as excited as i am?
please meet at 12.30pm pasir ris mrt, we'll go to whitesands shopping mall to find a place to have lunch, after which take bus 354 from pasir ris interchange to the chalet. check-in is at 2.30pm. =)
any objections? or, any other better suggestions?
please bring money to pay
me (yes me haha) for the chalet, money to pay for the bbq, and money to cover other miscellaneous expenses. and of course, money for entertainment.
and after the chalet we'll all find holes in our pockets. and be forced to stay at home mugging all day. o.O
on thursday, we have to check out by 10am or pay another 135 bucks. i will be leaving in the morning for school cos i have training so someone have to do the checking-out for me.. thank you. =)
*to huixuan: remember to bring your boots! touch rug rocks.
i thought of some activities we can do.. but not very interesting. cycling, skating, bowling,
night cycling, watching sunrise, stargazing, visiting 'haunted' houses in pasir ris, volleyball, touch rugby, gossiping through the night. what else can we do???
who's staying over? those who are remember to bring your stuff, like toiletries and clothes.
oh, remember to bring the camera too! to capture those precious moments. =)

eh if u all forgot about it, i shall remind you all that there is saf concert on 6 june, which is next monday!!! basically i have asked you all if you could make it and other than jocelin who is not sure about it, you all said you could so, let's have a class outing before that! it's is held at the singapore conference hall so we meet at bugis for dinner ok?

helo everyone. its reallie late now and since i cant sleep so i shall blog about bbq matters.
hmm. anw altogether there are about 24-28 pple coming for the bbq. which is reallie cool. =] to those who havnt reply to tell me whether u are coming for the bbq or not, pls do it soon kae? i nid to confirm how many ppl den i can decide how much food to order.

chicken and mutton satay - tastee!!
jumbo buffalo chicken wing - the midjoint onli, but we'll have to make do wif our tight budget

sweet potato - as requested by ritz. (i totallie hate it but nvm)
hotdogs - easy to bbq and nice to eat. yay.
marshmallows - woah. those crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside munchies...
beehoon - some staple food. it tasted great the last time i ate it.
and some other food which u all can request cos i havnt place my order yet. ya all can go thru the items and price list and den tell me wat u all want to add or remove from the list above. but tell me soon kkae?
