WE MADE IT INTO PERIOD 2 OF VBC! According to our economic advisor cum analyst, Tiffany, we are in the top 6 with a market share of about 18%. It beats me how we got into the top 6 when we had a deficit of about 20k, im guessing the other teams forgot all about it (it's either that.. or they have way poor business sense). Theres alot to be happy about. for one, we're one step closer to the grand prize of one thousand dollars! Split 26- ways that would be about $38.4615384615384615 per person. not bad at all.
Anyway, Tiffany and I were talking about how the advertisment for VBC read "The winner takes it all" and right below it " 1st prize - $1000, 2nd prize $500".. hmm .. didn't they just say the winner would take it all.
thats it for now.. going to head back to my little cave (yes.. the one kai qian and michelle thinks i am living in). Oh! and before i forget.. good luck to our debaters on friday.. i'm sure you guys will do well!
